What Does It Take To Be A Successful Intrapreneur?

The most important skill is a mental attitude to embrace the thought “the only thing that stays the same in this world is CHANGE”.  Intrapreneurs stay flexible to change, initiate change, sell ideas for change and fearlessly accept responsibility when change does not always go as planned.

If your goal is to be an Intrapreneur, write a plan on what you will to do as the price you are willing to pay to accomplish it. Beyond a college major take psychology, sociology, communications, public speaking and entrepreneurship courses. Most colleges are employee factories. MBA programs teach people how to manage employees.  Select colleges or universities that provide entrepreneur courses.
